Things have been going well, cardio and weight training have improved my general fitness.

Lost some weight, but more importantly, I’m more able to get out and do things now, faster, stronger.

Feeling awesome.
Had a few setbacks diet-wise, hard to keep when you travel alot, but I’ve done my best.
Will update you with facts and figures later.

Well, over the last few weeks I’ve been looking at the idea of getting myself buffed up.

So, after a bit of research, some writing, some talking, and some doing, I’ve come up with a self made plan to turn myself from Fat Party Animal to Greek God.

A bit about myself, I’m 20, I’m Australian and I’m a Men’s Rights Activist.

At the moment that’s all the personal info I will share.
